Phone interview. They asked a lot of high-level questions and soft skill questions. Really geared towards trying to see your critical thinking skills in action in previous roles. Not necessarily questions to see if you would fit with the culture. Seemed to click well with the interviewer though but never made it to a second interview.

Super easy process. Three interviews in a day! They hire very quickly. Recommend for sure. Be ready to have results and tell stories about previous experiences. They also will give you Scenarios and you have to explain what you would do in that situation.
