The interview process consisted of six phases: one phone interview and five online face-to-face interviews. Despite their stated policy of responding to candidates within 3-5 days, it took Amazon five months to get back to me with a rejection. Additionally, HR did not respond to my follow-up emails.

Is there an initiative you implemented or a renewal you introduced to the company?
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Luxemburg) in Feb 2022
Interview
They first asked me to fill in a questionair containg questions related to my experience and why I want to work for Amazon.
I had the interview with a senior legal counsel and he was quite honest stating that if they find someone with experience specifically on what they need, that someone will have priority. His questions however were quite easy and he admitted that my answers were great - he asked about hypothetical situations that I may encounter in practice. Pretty business oriented.
