It moved very quickly. I was contacted by a recruiter the day after I submitted my resume. I was able to schedule both the initial HR screen and the interview with the hiring manager by going online and selecting times that would work, which was helpful. There were some short essay questions for which I needed to provide written responses to prior to the interview.

First stage of the interview: The interviewer was very friendly and the questions were expected. However, I felt like the examples I gave from my own experience were not engaging/interesting for the interviewee as I felt like he lost interest. I would recommend working on your delivery of speech!
