Amazon Manager interview questions

Well was quite surprised that I encountered somewhat no consistent to everyone said about amazon. 1. Applied for x role, 2 weeks later was contacted for another y role. 2. Arranged for an interview but email title was x role. Confused. 3. Wanted to check on the JD but Job was not even listed in my account to check. 4.. I went for the chimes interview with a open mind, not much of questions asked. 5. No respond with the promised 3days and 5days. 6. I went ahead to asked for updates and I got a respond with apologies for not getting an update and they have proceed with someone else. Well didnt experience the widely praised robust recruitment process. Probably I am unlucky or one off thing or I'm just not suitable from the start.
