I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Amazon (Madras) in Nov 2021
Interview
Very pathetic interview experience with Amazon. The interviewer didn't seem to understand even a bit about the way how a service business worked. Was so rigid in his knowledge and couldn't put through what I worked or my background was on Business operations in a service industry. HOPELESS.
Very automated process which lacks of personal approach. Long recruitment process. Too nearly 8 weeks from application. Just an awful experience from start to finish. Would not recommend to anyone.
Basic phone interview, common behavior question, online assessment followed, no tech questions, just common what if questions and other management related questions. Very straightforward and should be very simple; I did not prepare very much but I think i passed the first interview
