Interview
Long winded and didn't meet anybody in the interview process that could give me any relevant information about the job in which I was applying for. I took holidays to complete these interviews only to not receive feedback at the end.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Amazon (Peterborough, Engeland) in Aug 2017
Interview
The interview was multiple stage with video calls, online test and then person to person. The person to person took the form of 4 rounds with each round exploring a different segment. Whilst relaxed and informal the interview was designed to put the candidate under pressure but everything was professional and fair.
Prior to all phases the candidate was informed of the process to come and my only advice would be prepare, prepare and then prepare some more.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Vellore) in Oct 2020
Interview
Was asked about how I exhibited some of the leadership principles out of the 16. Asked about my resume, about myself, my projects ( not related to ops at all but anyway).
