2 interviews, each 30 minutes, sometimes taken by operations managers, Shift leads or even area managers (Depends on availability), not so hard interview, but this position is best when you have some experience in people handling and also previously worked in warehouse environment. Interview questions follows "Follow up question" method to know more about candidates ability. Sometimes overwhelming to make a desirable story on spot. So its better for the candidates who have experience and worked for longer years.

Online Interview zu den Amazon Leadership Principles und gewünscht waren Antworten nach dem STAR Prinzip. Situation, Task, Action und Result. Wichtigsten Prinzipien waren dabei Ownership, Dive Deep, Customer Obsession und Deliver Results. Sehr wichtig ist es seine Ergebnisse immer mit messbaren Zahlen, Daten und Fakten zu belegen. Am Anfang sollte man sich kurz vorstellen.
