Amazon interview process seems to be a very specific type of process, with companies selling templates and tips online on how to pass… I didn’t know that and was a bit surprised on how different the questions were.

Post-interview telephone screening by recruitment managers. All interviews were behavioral interviews and are of 45 minutes duration. This includes recruitment managers and colleagues at the same level as your role. They ask more detailed questions about your resume.
