Very automated process which lacks of personal approach. Long recruitment process. Too nearly 8 weeks from application. Just an awful experience from start to finish. Would not recommend to anyone.
Basic phone interview, common behavior question, online assessment followed, no tech questions, just common what if questions and other management related questions. Very straightforward and should be very simple; I did not prepare very much but I think i passed the first interview
