Amazon Operations Manager interview questions

1 phone screen, 2 phone interviews, in-person interview with 4 managers and an HR rep. The process was very smooth and well organized. In person interview required travel but the process was very easy to complete.

The application was followed by a Round Robin Interview with a collection of current operations managers and their direct managers. These individuals were spread over a variety of sites, and not necessarily for the site you are interviewing for.
