Interview
I started with a phone interview with a recruiter. Following that screening, I was put in touch with HR. I was asked to complete a math question (basic algebra) and a writing sample online. I then completed a Loop Interview. This was a four-hour interview in which I was interviewed by 4 separate Amazonians. All of the interviewers were very professional. Each was given a different batch of Leadership Principles to ask about. The process was very efficient. A four-hour interview is somewhat of a stamina test as well as a traditional interview.
