Interview
Long drawn out process with a whole lot of hurdles. First was a phone screen followed by another phone screen with person in job title I was interviewing for. Then I had to write an essay. Then Chime interview with 4 different people and math test. Then I was offered a different job then I interviewed for. Not a good or pleasant interview process.

Question 1
Everything was based on the STAR process. Everything seemed to be a test to try and catch something that one doesn’t know about themselves.
It started by submitting an application. I then got invited to one of those online tests and the final stage was the interview. I didn't like it because it felt rushed and the interviewer didn't seem to pay much attention to anything apart from technical skills.

Question 1
Q: What was one thing you did wrong and had to change later? What were the consequences?
I conducted the phone interview only and have been asked back for in person. I am a veteran and received a veteran interviewer which was very beneficial. It lasted the entire allotted time. Questions were based on their leadership principles, no curve ball questions. Very professional and direct. Overall great experience.
