The interview process was easy. A phone interview followed up with in person. A personality test was done also. As long as you can pass the test that were given and have high school diploma than you are in.

Filled out an online application forms.I Was then emailed and told to ring a number.Rang the number about 15 times but lines were busy so irang the next day and i just had to answer some basic questions and was then told to attend a registration day at the nearest amazon centre.
