I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Amazon (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2025
Interview
I had three rounds of interviews.
Round 1: Entirely behavioral. The interviewer broke down every question into details, asking many follow-ups such as how much time each step of a past project took. Very detail-oriented.
Rounds 2 & 3: Focused mainly on coding (medium difficulty problems, typical data structures/algorithms). Both rounds also included behavioral questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Behavioral: Tied to Amazon’s Leadership Principles.
Coding: graph problem (medium difficulty, BFS/DFS with constraints), system design
3 Medium/Easy Leetcode Problems. Some questions are not straigtforward and interviewers can be misleading. One easy system level design question. Some interviewers are good, others have one way to solve the problem.

Question 1
Connected LinkedList question about cities traveling connection
good process. The interview was very long and the behavior one asks a lot of questions. There were two coding interviews. Overall, a tiring experience. There are waits that have undetermined time frames.
