Started with a recruiter call which was uncharacteristically unhelpful, she explained that there would be a phone screen then on-site if they decided to move forward. She tried to prep me for the phone screen, but ended up telling me about "red flags" that were completely irrelevant.
Screen with people team and then hiring manager, followed by loop of five individuals from various parts of the organization. Each interviewer asked for stories pertaining to 1 or 2 Amazon leadership principles.
