I went through three phone interviews. All technical, including coding on a shared doc and focusing on
1. data structures, like the comparison between array and linked list, time complexity of hashtables, how to avoid hash collisions and tree traversal(BFT), and so on.
2. OOP, the concept of encapsulation, virtual functions, etc.
3. Algorithms, like finding the intersection of two linked lists.
I thought I handed well, especially the last one, but didn't get the on-site anyway.

Applied online, got a quick reply for an invitation for a phone interview. Scheduled to next week. Interviewer was nice, asked to code a few problems and find the complexity on them, and analyze if you can do better.
