Initial conversation and assessment. Next the AWS loop which is 5 times 1h interviews with different people in Amazon organisation. The loop focuses on AWS leadership principles, each interviewer will have 2 principles and will ask for specific experiences.

Not hard, Mostly Leadership Principles. However, it really depends on the interviewer. I am not sure about others, but mine is very specific on my sales experience and asked about the deal size.
