I interviewed at Amazon Web Services (Seattle, WA)
Interview
As per me, it was great. I'm not good at articulating or projecting my work in such spans of time, as expected in any interview, especially when SLT is involved, hence I wasn't sure if I did a great job.
First there was a phone interview, which was 1 hour. I performed great. After 10 days, the Loop started. Split between 2 days. 3 on Thursday, 2 on Friday. I was very nervous, and being concise was difficult. After a week, the next Friday, they announced the results. I wasn't selected. The team was great. Recruiters were very prompt and helpful and answered any questions. There was also something called Candid chat where you get to talk to an Amazonian.
My suggestion is to prepare the Excel they provide with questions related to all the Leadership Principles. On the dot, you must be able to answer them, as crisply and clearly as possible. Being ambiguous and all over the place will fail you. No matter HOW successful you are at your previous place, of STAR isn't followed on the dot, you'll be rejected. Period.
