Interview
Interview was scheduled quickly- appreciate it. Though i did have to follow up for knowig the address and point of contact on the day of the interview. I was told I should expect a response in a week or maximum 2 weeks.
But the not so good part followed where as an applicant I had to follow up (multiple times via email and phone calls ) and wasn't given a clear response until 6 weeks after the interview. I mean on phone the HR would say "i will respond in an hour" or she would say "i now have feedback i will let you know by tomorrow". Sadlt that tomorrow never came.
A not-so-great experience; hopefully a one of case.
Personally I feel because of a short break in my career they didn't consider me; would've helped had they responded soon.

Will you be able to tell a delivery manager he/she is not doing something right if you feel so?
Work here is not streamlined, rather quite transactional; will you be okay with it?
It was quite easy and the interviewers were quite polite. You just have to talk about yourself and what you have done in previous job. The process was quite smooth! I had a great experience

It was good they checked my knowledge on the subjects. The panel was interractive and gave me case study as well.there were 4 rounds of interview. The recruitment team was in touch and updated with further process timely. Subject knowkedge was tested and also comfort with shift timings
