One technical interview based on c programming and concepts, minor project, dbms and other subjects, then one HR interview of about 45 minutes.

standard test computer based mainly, C (including macros), SQL (joins, etc), cobol (optional), java (optional), Unix (permissions, top 20 commands, etc), basic algorithms, find bugs in code, IQ test, personality test - all together ~4 hours. Afterwards an interview with Manager and Director for a presentation/discussion on some topic at choice. Work culture in dev. center: highly multicultural environment. Many specialized teams, well into methodologies. Based on the team/proj., you can get travels around the world.
