First would be the resume shortlisting , mostly all get through it and then group discussion that based on how you put your thoughts and also agree or disagree with other thoughts too last would be personal interview where they ask about the resume things some personal questions.

It was easy to medium level , i thought i am gonna get through it but haven't heard anything back from them since. But the interviewes were cooperative and friendly
