Interview
After applying, I was emailed about a week later to do a phone interview. The first interview went great. They asked me about my background and what I was looking forward to salary wise. I said $70,000 a year they seemed okay with that. About a day or two later they emailed me again to set up a second interview at their office in NY. They told me to prepare for an hour interview but it only lasted about 20 minutes. The interviewer was late. She wasn’t very specific with her questions.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at American Express (New York, NY) in May 2019
Interview
Applied online then received a email from a recruiter for a phone screen, when talking to her, she seemed she didn't know much about the position, just went over my experience. Afterwards I received an email from a different recruiter for an in-person interview. Came into the office and met with 3 different employees, the had a strict 30 minute time frame for each interview. It's been 4 weeks and have not heard anything back no response to thank you letters or follow-ups. It's confusing because I've dealt with different recruiters and employees it's hard to know who is the main contact. Also from my experience and reading reviews if you aren't getting offered the job you will not hear from them again.
