Interview
I had sat through the placement unit of my college. Initially, there was a handwritten test and then there was an interview via teleconferencing with the office executive from Banglore and then there was a telephonic interview with another executive ( seemed to be higher in the hierarchy then the person who had taken the first round of interview).

Interview
Had two phone interviews, one with the manager and another with one of the engineers in his team. Very smooth experience, with quick followups. They announced the result and followed up withing 2-3 days which was great. Interview mainly tested fundamentals of RF systems, concepts like noise, IIP3, EVM. Some discussion on projects and coursework. Mostly a technical interview. The interviewers were very friendly, encouraging and mainly wanted to test if you understand the basics and could think critically.
