Analog Devices interview questions

First phone call with recruiter. Then phone call with peers, the other direct reports of hiring manager. Then hiring manager interview and last on site interview. I feel like step 2 and 3 could have been combined into one. Two things that were very unprofessional about the interview process: 1. One of the peers I would work with was about 20 minutes late to our scheduled call. She called me just to reschedule, to a time that is after business hour. Then she was 35 minutes late to the second call, but did not apologize nor provide an explanation. On the phone she seemed unprofessional and unprepared for the interview. Recruiter said he would get back to me by a certain date at the latest, never heard back. Not even an automated email. This is very unprofessional. Then I see the job posted again on Linkedin.

I was applying for this kind of job through my university. After sending a CV and cover letter, they called me back after approx 2 week to arrange and phone interview. Interview lasted 40 minutes. Interviewer asked me about my previous projects in school, at home and previous job skills. Just followed my CV and and asked about my current/previous job positions. He didn´t ask me anything theoretical, just some addidtional questions during I was talking about my projects. I had very positive feelings during interview, he was very kind to me, his english was perfect and clear to understand. After week I got an offer.
