Interview
Interview was based mostly on acadmia and not enough on real job experience. Interview team was redundant in places with different individuals repeating the same questions. There should have been more personal questions as to see how good a fit we could have been. All in all the interview process was not too stressful

Interview
Worked through a recruiter who got me the interview. It took over two weeks start to finish to get through the process. Required phone interviews, then two rounds of 4 hours personal interviews with various IT folks. Overall was almost exhausting and time consuming.

Interview process consisted of some getting to know-you type questions followed by some technical questions on past projects completed. Interviewers were nice and allowed you time to show all you know.
