Submitted resume in my university's career fair, received phone interview two weeks later. The interviewer is very nice. Asked something on my resume and went into some technical questions. Also he answered some of my questions regarding to the job.

They asked about few CMOS concept. Talked about my past job experience and various projects I did during my masters. Talked about my experience with Cadence Virtuoso tool. The interview process was quite smooth. They asked about problem solving questions. Rest of the interview was based on programming skills like perl, C , C++

Phone screen, then two web meeting screens, final onsite interview. Web meetings are one one one and they will show or draw circuits and ask you to analyze them. You might also be expected to write/draw circuit topologies.
