I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Analog Devices (Manilla, ) in Jul 2025
Interview
I was called by a recruiter telling me that I have a technical interview the next day. The technical interview was okay, there were two interviewers, they were very kind, and I really had a good time. I was not able to answer all the questions, however, they discussed the answers without making me feel dumb. After that was the final interview, it was also a technical interview, mostly about circuit analysis. I also had a good time.

MOSFET, Converters, Power Supply, Circuit Analysis, KVL
There were three interview rounds. First was HR round, second was Hiring manager round, and third was Director round. HR round was the basic 30 minute, main was the Hiring manager round for more than 1 hour, and the last 30 minutes round with the director.
Initial interview was with the team lead and was fairly straightforward. The next step was a fairly lengthy take home assignment. After submitting the take home assignment, I received a quite rude and condescending email stating "Please invest into your hard skills. Those are very important for the engineer." Can't say I'm that upset about missing out on this "opportunity", but I wish I could have my 10 hours back.
