I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Analog Devices (Bengaluru) in Oct 2021
Interview
It had 2 technical rounds apart from the online test. Both the interview rounds both lasted for about an hour. Both had similar difficulty of questions (moderate but tricky) and the mode depended on the interviewer only. One of them wanted me to write everything on paper and show it to them and the other made me draw on the computer screen using my mouse.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions were based on FIFO depth calculation, basic C++ algorithms (Kadane's), and circuit design problems .
One of the problems they gave me was: there are 2 random number generators, one generates integers from 4 to 10 and other generated integers from 6 to 12. Design a circuit that outputs 1 if one number is a multiple of the other.
I applied online. I interviewed at Analog Devices (Chandler, AZ) in Aug 2022
Interview
I was mostly asked non-technical questions about skills and experience.
I was also asked a wide range of technical questions that can be answered knowing the fundamentals of each topic.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Non-technical questions. Tell me about yourself? Can you handle this situation at the workplace? What is your experience with one of the job requirements?
Technical questions: low-pass, high-pass filter. Square wave. TVS diode. Diode bias. Basic buck vs boost regulator vs linear regulator.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Analog Devices (Bengaluru) in Sep 2022
Interview
There were two technical rounds. The questions mostly focused on concepts from digital electronics and the projects done by the interviewee. The panelist asked questions to design a circuit to which results in a particular waveform, asynchronous counters and a few other questions that were project specific.
