Interview
It was a very smooth process for an entry level embedded software engineer position. One round of phone screen followed by three rounds of online technical interviews on the same day.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Analog Devices (Bengaluru) in Mar 2021
Interview
3 rounds of technical
1 round of HR
waste of attending interview at these companies. no proper process and moto except hire low budget.
Interview was for core BSP developer for new platform company was developing.
Technical panel was concentrated on core capabilities but HR was cringy.
and they don't have process for the interview.
process may change as and when. if they get some guy with less experience and less money they will hire him
Hr not even returned with the results. such a low level for the core company.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Analog Devices (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2021
Interview
Feels like AD adopted modern interview process but have no idea how to use it. Had a 4.5 hours interview with 6 different people and EVERY one asked me the same questions. I understand they want to know me better, so why not having one meeting where i would go over my experience and answer the same technical questions?
In the meantime, managers couldn't answer clearly how the development process is build, maybe NDA? i don't know. One dev evaded my questions, and asked me back the same immediately.
