Describe your idea of excellent customer experience and share a real example from your own life
Online hirevue assessment was self-guided just asking you a bunch of questions, not difficult, just answer what fits best to your personality. They would ask like how do you operate at work what would you do in a certain situation if a coworker is slacking etc.
