We were pulled into a big group and told to talk about ourselves a little bit to break ice. Then we passed around an ipad with random questions. It wasn't that hard as long as you are sociable and have customer service experience.

Group interviews where you had to speak about your experience and answer scenario questions. You had to speak about client facing roles and how to best suit what the customer is looking for. Personality traits and people skill set based.
