I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Arcadis
Interview
I filled out the application for the entry level geologist position and was contacted for an interview about 3 weeks later. I completed a Skype interview with a panel of 6 interviewers (a group of 3 followed by another group of 3). They asked standard questions about my education and experience. This took about an hour and a half.
I was called in for a second in person interview, pretty much the same as the first. Four days later, I received a job offer with a pretty good salary.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Arcadis (Raleigh, NC) in Dec 2017
Interview
Applied online through the company’s website. Several weeks later, I received a call asking if I was still interested in the position and whether I could be available for a formal interview. The following week, I had a scheduled phone interview with a group of 5 staff engineers/geologists. Laid back interview, no technical questions. Was told that after all candidates had been interviewed I may be invited for a face-to-face interview at the Raleigh office. Still waiting to hear back & remaining hopeful.
