Arcadis Graduate Mechanical Engineer interview questions

Lengthy process with little communication between each stage. Starting with online application and questions, then an online aptitude test through the arctic shores app, a group assessment centre and finally a 1 to 1 interview which was online. HR liked to make out they were personal and cared but would then leave it months between each stage and not respond to emails. After making it through the group assessment I was told my 1 to 1 interview would be soon. Over a month later it required me to chase them up to actually get my interview. In comparison to other interviews, I wasn't made to feel at ease.

I applied online on the company website. It took them a couple of weeks to get back to me. The next stage was to do online online test and followed by the telephone interview with the HR staff.
