I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Arvato (Berlijn) in Mar 2017
Interview
They invited me over for a personal interview. When I got there I was in the same room with 3 other candidates and 3 people from the company.
First they introduced themselves, then they asked for us to do the same. After that they made a presentation of the company and the position we applied for (ca 30 min). Afted every main point of the presentation you can ask questions.
Then they gave us a test (German and English). The test felt easy - basic translation for a flight related words, a tiny math task, a few screenshots from Amadeus, where we had to "guess" what is what and stuff like that.
During the test they started to call us one by one for a personal interview. The wanted to know when and for how long I am avaible, if I'm flexible. I didn't have to ask for the salary, they said it themselves. Up until now everything took place in German. Then they switched to English and asked me to describe my last flight.
They told me that I should hear from them in max 1 week and I did in two days.
Positive experience overall, young people, quick hiring process.
