Die Einladung zum Gespräch erfolgte drei Wochen nach dem Abschicken der Bewerbung. Das Gespräch dauerte eine halbe Stunde und diente dem ersten kennenlernen. Eigentlich angenehme Gesprächsatmosphäre, jedoch wurde einen bereits im Gespräch der Eindruck vermittelt, dass es sehr viele Bewerber gibt und man am Ende nicht zusammenkommt. An dieser Stelle hätte ich mir ein wenig mehr Professionalität gewünscht. Die Absage erfolgte per Standard-Mail.
