Phone Interview with Recruiter, Next Case study with a hiring manager. The case study was about designing the entire supply chain for a big existing tech company. The case study provided with minimal to no data, but the questions were horrible. With no data-backed information it is completely meaningless to expect a complete supply chain design from a candidate within 1 hour! The follow-up interview was expected to have a 15-minute presentation on the case study, but that eventually turned out to be a critique discussion for 1 hour 15 minute. Kept facing charging questions like "Why did you do that? If you have done that, what would happen if it is that? Why did not you consider that? " I was asked to show myself on the video, but the interviewer would not show herself. Too much house noise. Communication rating 2/10. I would give 2/10 to the interviewer/manager, and 0/10 for the interview process. Nobody in the world can give a client a SCD solution in an hour. So stop acting like one. Utterly frustrated and disappointed.
