Phone Interview with Recruiter, Next Case study with a hiring manager. The case study was about designing the entire supply chain for a big existing tech company. The case study provided with minimal to no data, but the questions were horrible. With no data-backed information it is completely meaningless to expect a complete supply chain design from a candidate within 1 hour! The follow-up interview was expected to have a 15-minute presentation on the case study, but that eventually turned out to be a critique discussion for 1 hour 15 minute. Kept facing charging questions like "Why did you do that? If you have done that, what would happen if it is that? Why did not you consider that? "
I was asked to show myself on the video, but the interviewer would not show herself. Too much house noise. Communication rating 2/10.
I would give 2/10 to the interviewer/manager, and 0/10 for the interview process. Nobody in the world can give a client a SCD solution in an hour. So stop acting like one. Utterly frustrated and disappointed.

Recruiterin hat permanent aus einer sehr grpßen Platik Nukkel-flasche getrunken, die groß und breit den Bildschirm ausgefüllte, jedesmal als Sie getrunken hat. Im Hintergrund beider Interviewer sehr viel persönlicher Kram zu sehen. Die inhaltlichen Fragen waren eher trivial und ziemlich banal: Wie akquirieren sie einen Kunden?
Die Strategie und der Job an sich waren überhaupt nicht klar definiert. Ich hatte sehr stark das Gefühl, dass man nicht weiß was man sucht, sondern einfach mal im Bewerberpool 'herumfischt',
Der letzte Satz schoß dann für mich den Vogel ab: Wir sind uns noch nicht sicher ob wir einen Studenten nehmen, der frisch von der Uni kommt, oder einen Fachexperten/in......
