The process began with an online application and an initial screening round. This was followed by a digital, one-way video interview where I recorded answers to situational questions. Afterward, I was invited to a formal panel interview with a hiring manager and a senior consultant, focusing heavily on behavioral competencies, project management alignment, and culture fit within the team.

I havent yet taken the online assessement for the company yet. From what i've heard they ask a few behavioural questions. It seems mostly relaxed and the key is to be yourself in these situations.

Then an interview with 2 team members. Different questions but similar in that they’re behavioural.
