Avanade Account Executive interview questions

Initial phone screen with hiring manager was fine. Subsequent follow up with another manager was a train wreck. The person did not bother to introduce himself or his role, just launched into a series of random questions. He was aggressive, even hostile, not sure why. Most of the questions were around how to do demand generation, how to close business etc. did not seem interested in hearing about my background at all.
