Avanade Consultant interview questions

The hiring process conducted by Avanade was very straightforward, and the hiring team was very professional and respectful during all phases of the process (I had a few interviews, some of them with technical questions related to the role I would be performing)

First interview is more behavioral type questions. Second interview is technical and panel type. For the first interview, you have to keep up with the interviewer’s pace as she talks really fast. Also make sure you have situations you can talk about from your past work experience to tie in to behavioral type questions. She is also looking for a certain type of person to fill the consulting role. In her words, it’s something that people are born with and can’t really be trained. Hope this helps somewhat?
