The whole process was very quick - they're able to move through interviews pretty fast as long as you have the availability. From initial recruiter contact to offer was 20 days - that includes 2 calls with the recruiter, 3 interviews, and 3 weekends.

First two interviews were a mix of technical and personality. final interview was more cultural and to find out if you have the drive to succeed. Expect a lot of Microsoft questions to gauge how much you know (as expected)

3 Schritte. 1) Telefonat mit HR als Vorgespräch und erstes Abklopfen meiner Angaben. 2) Technisches Interview mit jemandem aus dem Fachbereich. Technisch heißt auch methodisch. 3) Finales Gespräch mit HR, jemandem aus dem Fachbereich und dem organisatorischen Vorgesetzen des Fachbereichs.
Average to Difficult interview process. Communicate your thought process clearly. Articulate the nuances of the duties done by you and be very specific about the role you performed previously. Prior job experience required for most roles
