Avanade Solutions Developer interview questions

There were about 2 stages: initial phone screen and an on-site interview. The initial phone screen was 30 minutes talking about my background and seeing if I would be a good fit. They asked a couple behavior questions but it was not very intensive. Afterwards, I had my on-site interview where two managers spoke to me. It was roughly 2 hours. One manager asked me more behavioral questions and another manager asked me more technical questions. The technical section was a very casual whiteboarding process. He only asked one question and we went through the problems. Overall, the experience was pretty average. I like how the hiring manager that was in contact with me was very communicative and transparent throughout the whole interview process.
