Avanade System Engineer interview questions

Complete lack of communication and professionalism. I had discussed a scheduled interview that I received over a month after applying for a position at Avanade on Monday, June 15th in the afternoon. I waited for the full duration of the scheduled slot. No interviewer messaged me, No link was provided, And I received no email or call explaining the absence or cancellation. There was zero communication before during or after the missed interview. For a company of Avanade's size and reputation this level of disregard for candidates' time and mental energy is unacceptable. It reflects a chaotic hiring process and a lack of respect for people. I cannot recommend applying here until their recruitment team learns basic professional courtesy.
