I have interviewed for the Remote Position in Istanbul. They have reached out to me for the interview. The position they have describe is totally not a senior position. They should be looking for a mid position. The lead position which you will be answering to is somewhere around senior level, defffinetly not a lead. Also the HR department is horrible. If you ask, what are the side perks are, they will look at you like you have dropped a bomb. They couldn't answer any question at all about the role, or for future career opportunities. Don't get me wrong but if you are looking for a senior analyst you've gotto be prepared. A senior can find a job anywhere, even abroad. So please take it seriously.
