Competency questions/test (verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning), video interview and assessment centre which lasted an entire day. Included lunch and meet the current staff/cohort. Some time between each assessment point, so the application process spanned from December to May.
The interview for the entry-level role was relatively straightforward and not very challenging. There were no technical questions, and the focus was primarily on whether I understood the role and its responsibilities. The interviewer was more interested in knowing if I was genuinely interested in the job, the company, and the industry as a whole. It felt more like a conversation to gauge my enthusiasm and my fit for the position rather than testing any specific skills or technical knowledge. Overall, it was a relaxed and informal process.
