BDO Audit Associate interview questions

I had received one call from the HR to enquire if I needed a job. Even after confirming the date of the interview, the HR never send a mail confirmation. I had to call her one day prior to remind them to do so. I had one very basic HR interview, where I was asked general stuff all relating to my CV. The HR told me to wait near the reception area for the feedback. After a few minutes of waiting the receptionist gets a call from the HR saying that she will give me the feedback later and to let me go. After 4-5 days when I didn't get a call, I called the concerned HR to ask her about the feedback. All she told me that they have no positions available currently. What was the use of the entire process then?! They could have told me this on the phone before the interview too. Very disappointed on how the HR are disorganized and take the applicants completely for granted.

Interview was quick, partner was friendly, able to feel comfortable and nervous free with interviewer. Be slightly prepared on technical questions. Eg, Revenue and asset recognition. Simple things that can be understood reading the FRS
