BDO Audit Associate interview questions

A few tests eg basic accounting knowledge, IQ test and an essay test. 3 questions for essay, choose only one to answer. After complete the tests, face to face interview starts with introduce yourself and some question on your past working experience.

HR starts interview process with reviewing your application form along with the items you are asked to bring down. You are also to attempt an open-ended question (really short question) in a few minutes. Partner was quite friendly, and had asked some technical questions on construction contracts and explained about BDO's culture and environment.
