Video Interview, received after passing the online tests. 4 strength-based questions, they did not ask a question about BDO or the role in my case, have time to prepare before the interview and about 2 minutes to answer. I passed the video interview but still waiting to be booked into assessment centre. It took me less than a month from application to video interview but have waited another month for assessment centre booking.
