Applied through the company website. Received interview invitation after 5 days. Interviewed with 2 mangers. Mainly behavioural questions and some q based on your resume and cover letter. The entire process was quick and it took 2 weeks.
applied online on their website, after a few days received an email to book a phone call with hr manager. questions were very basic. then had an interview with 2 managers
Colloquio più o meno tecnico per un prima esperienza lavorativa, abbastanza facile. Il tutto durato circa una trentina di minuti e con un manager, esercizi anche carta e penna. Sembrava fosse andato male e invece ho ricevuto l'offerta.

The interview included many behavioral questions (e.g., "Tell me about a time when...") that required detailed STAR-format responses. The interviewers dove deeply into specific bullet points on my resume, asking follow-up questions about challenges, outcomes, and my exact contributions. They also proactively asked about other relevant experiences not listed on the resume to get a fuller picture of my background and skills.
