FOUR step process including Human resource, technical, partner round and final HR there is no writing test but revert time is too long or they don't even revert you back so plan accordingly.
Lastly brand name is good and it has high future growth
Was told they would ask a few questions about audit and why their company and I had to explain my weakness and strengths tell me about your self and why would you wanna be a chartered accountant and what value would I add to the organisation
Contacted by BDO recruiter via linkedin. Had a brief call with the recrutier followed by an interview with a NY director. Didn't hear back after from either party; wish I would have.

easy - just ask if ok to move to sg and nothing technical, done online over MS teams call. Please note that this is for associate level. May differ based on career level.
