first contact by phone, then a regular process through the main manager then to HR. the salary negotiation was difficult and took a lot of time I have turned down two offers before they gave me something close to my target

I applied at Dublin, HR contacted me for 1st round mid April, had 2nd interview with partner on 1st week of May. After this they ghosted me despite follow ups. This was very unprofessional and waste of time and effort

2 stage with current department lead and internal recruitment team. Overall pretty standard for the industry and role. Felt listened to and understood throughout. Made easy and answered follow up questions when considering alternative roles
